Ásmundur Ernir Snorrason and Hlökk frá Strandarhöfða delivered an extraordinary performance in the A Final of the tölt, earning an incredible 9.78 overall score. The performance set a new world record, as never before have four perfect 10s been awarded for the same performance.

Finishing second were Jakob Svavar Sigurðsson and Skarpur frá Kýrholti, who posted an outstanding 9.17 overall score. Third place went to Brynja Kristinsdóttir and Sunna frá Haukagili Hvítársíðu, who received an overall score of 8.83.
